Limb Salvage Outreach Dr. Fakorede – BD Bard Medical

This short documentary was produced as a public service and a medical awareness initiative by Bard BD Medical. The video features Dr. Faluso A. Fakorede MD and Clinical Manager, Amy Harlow RN who present the untold story of crucial new avenues in diagnostic response and treatment that are reducing amputations in patients suffering from diabetes and peripheral arterial disease (PAD). The outreach strategy takes them to area faith-based communities, speaking directly to families and people who can spread the word. The video presents a passionate human profile to an otherwise clinical subject, and one that can save limbs and mobility for many people. The production is directed for awareness in both the general public and the greater medical community.
